Sensibilizer is Mel's social enterprise, a for-profit business with a social mission. It's the vehicle through which she brings her frameworks, methodologies, and advisory practice to organisations and individuals who are trying to create meaningful change.

The MLP Transitions Canvas

Mel's signature framework, the MLP Transitions Canvas, is designed to help stakeholders move beyond status quo approaches. Rooted in Multi-Level Perspective (MLP) theory from transition studies, it makes visible the system of pressures, opportunities, and levers that drive or block systemic change. It's a practical tool for anyone working to shift industries, organisations, or communities toward more sustainable futures.

The Transition Mission

The Transition Mission is Sensibilizer's core service offering: a consulting and facilitation engagement that helps clients understand the systemic nature of their challenge and design strategies that actually work across the full complexity of the problem. It brings together design thinking, systems thinking, and ecological literacy in service of real organisational and social change.

FOOD4FACE

Before Sensibilizer, Mel founded FOOD4FACE®, a startup aimed at disrupting how eco-friendliness is approached in the cosmetics industry. The experience of building a venture from scratch deepened her understanding of the challenges facing purpose-driven entrepreneurs, and directly informed her advisory and facilitation practice.
