Climateers is a climate-focused startup working to accelerate action on environmental challenges. Melanie joined as a Founding Strategy Advisor in 2023, helping shape the organisation's strategic direction and positioning in its earliest and most critical stage.

Her advisory work drew on her background in ecological research, systems thinking, and social enterprise to help the founding team think clearly about what kind of organisation they were building and how to position it for impact. This included thinking through stakeholder landscape, strategic framing, and the transition pathways available to an early-stage climate venture.
